Managing Entities

The Florida Department of Children and Families contracts for behavioral health services through regional systems of care called Managing Entities (MEs). These entities do not provide direct services; rather, they allow the department’s funding to be tailored to the specific behavioral health needs in the various regions of the State. Each ME has a hotline available 24/7 to connect individuals to services within their area. The information below lists the seven entities as well as the counties they serve.
