WHAT DOES PREVENTION MEAN TO YOU?

Prevention is the promoting healthy lifestyles and behaviors that discourage drug use. Show us how you give back or better your community by choosing to live a healthy lifestyle and not use drugs or alcohol.

This opportunity is open to any youth, grades 6th -12th grade, living in the State of Florida.

WHAT CAN BE SUBMITTED: 

  • Video– A short video that shows what prevention means to you
    Audio Clip– Original music/ spoken word poetry
    Pictures– Original Photography
    Images– Traditional/Digital Art

RULES:

  • If submitting a video, must be between 15 seconds to a 1 minute long. If your video contains people (including yourself), they should fill out the Media Release Form when submitting content. Do not include music; the CCAFL post production team will be adding music to selected entries. The action in the video must be appropriate for all ages.
  • Original Work – All entries must be created by the youth submitting them. Copying someone else’s work will not be accepted.
  • Identification – Each submission must have the Student Entry Form completed.
  • Intellectual Property – Ownership of the project remains with the entrant, with the following exception: entry grants Community Coalition Alliance the right to use their names and use, reproduce, reprint, distribute,  perform, and/or display their submissions for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes on their website/s, social media channels, at conferences, or other venues without notification or further compensation to the entry.
  • No offensive language or content.
  • No inappropriate dress.
